We called Bill at 5pm on a Tuesday, because our AC was freezing up and it was getting HOT in the house. He came by within 45 minutes, and had the problem fixed and the house cooling down in just a few minutes. He also gave us some great tips on how to best help our 20 year-old system get the best performance. And the price was extremely reasonable! Definitely coming back to Bill when we have other issues/needs with our HVAC system!
